Lee has been involved in the home inspection industry since 2005. As a former Canadian fire Alarm Inspector and Electrician Apprentice he brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to is inspection role. Clear communication with a focus on educating his clients has always been important to Lee. Property Inspections Unlimited was launched in 2012 by Lee and his wife Shannon. Since then the company has grown to a multi inspection firm and a go to source for Home and WETT inspections in the greater Ottawa area.

Steve Milton, Home Inspector

Steve has been part of our property inspection team for over three years. He has been a valuable addition and brings years of experience in the Home Renovation and Building Maintenance fields. Prior to joining Property Inspections Unlimited Inc., Steve was an Engineering Manager and Buyer at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel in downtown Ottawa. In addition, he has been “flipping” homes in the Ottawa area for over fifteen years.
